Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you love your Konenki Skincare products as much as we’ve loved creating them for you! If your order isn’t the right fit for your skin, we offer hassle-free returns for domestic customers.

Canadian customers have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return any full-sized, individual item for a refund or store credit. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that products must be at least 50 percent full in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that promotional sets are final sale and cannot be returned, and USA orders are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@konenki.ca and include the email address associated with your purchase, your order number and shipping address postal code. Once your return has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you received a damaged product, please contact our team at support@konenki.ca so we can help. If you experienced a skin reaction please consult your physician immediately.
